Using our site

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or in breach of these terms.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors may vary by screen and descriptions may occasionally contain errors. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price. We'll let you know and refund any amount charged.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't verify payment — and will refund any amount charged.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including shipping and taxes. We may limit quantities per customer.

Shipping, delivery, and returns

Delivery options and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product warranties

Many products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer, not MandKey. We're happy to help you contact the manufacturer. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content or product data without permission.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access accounts that aren't yours.
• Buy products for commercial resale in violation of stated quantity limits.

Our content

The MandKey name, logo, site design, and content are owned by MandKey LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Reviews and submissions

If you post a review or send us feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of offensive or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that break these rules, but we don't remove reviews just because they're negative.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties about the site itself and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us — most issues can be solved quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
