Shipping options and costs

Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day usually ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Delivery times start from when your order ships, not when it's placed. During sales and holidays, processing may take an extra day.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. We can't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or outside the United States.

Tracking your order

You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can also check status any time on the Track Order page. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and around your property, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for damaged items.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can change it only before your order is packed — contact us as soon as possible. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help recover them.
