Information we collect

Information you give us

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy.
• Account details: if you create an account, your email, name, and a securely hashed password.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email, phone, or a seller application.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number; we only see limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from it.
• Pages you visit and actions you take on our site, such as items you add to your cart.
• Information stored on your device, such as your cart and wishlist. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

• To process, ship, and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To run your account and remember your cart and wishlist.
• To answer your questions and provide customer service.
• To send order and shipping updates. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud, secure our site, and comply with legal obligations.
• To understand how our site is used so we can improve it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the store — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting, and customer support tools — under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• Sellers and manufacturers, only when needed to fulfil a warranty claim or an order they ship directly.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or our business.
• A successor business, if MandKey is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes (generally seven years). Account information is kept until you close your account. Messages to customer care are kept for up to two years. We then delete or anonymize the data.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising (we do neither).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@mandkey.store. We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and by working with reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account and contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children's privacy

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or with a notice on our site.
